Kimberly, RN
Founder
Kimberly is a highly skilled Registered Nurse who brings together strong clinical expertise, compassionate patient care, and proven leadership across multiple roles. As a Charge Nurse in dialysis, Kimberly oversees daily clinical operations, supports staff, and ensures safe, high-quality treatment for patients with complex renal needs. She is known for her calm, solutions-focused approach, exceptional clinical judgment, and ability to coordinate care in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
In addition to her leadership in dialysis, Kimberly serves as a CPR Instructor, empowering healthcare professionals and community members with lifesaving skills through clear, confident, and engaging instruction. As a Delegating Nurse, she provides oversight, training, and competency validation to ensure caregivers deliver safe, compliant, and person-centered care.
Kimberly is recognized for her ability to build trust with patients and families, mentor staff, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration.
